The company was able to respond within two days and get the help we needed for the overnight, so that was very helpful. It is helpful that one of these folks is a nurse even though she isn't trained here, but she is a nurse and she is very helpful to me. She knew exactly what to do when we had to disinfect the house and use certain products and to use gloves. They also have a nurse who comes every so often to check. She has made a couple of mistakes, so I'm not in love with her, but she doesn't come that often and we don't really need nursing usually, so it is fine.

The company’s customer service was prompt and helpful, but we felt a bit rushed to make a decision compared to other home care agencies.
